Ginny’s Free In-Store Pickup

Ginny’s offers free in-store order pickups for local customers on all products. Order pickup is a free shipping option provided during the checkout process.

Orders for items currently in stock are prepared for pick up within 24 to 48 hours. We will notify you by email once your order is ready to be picked up.

Backordered items are generally ready for in-store pick up within 2 – 4 weeks.

Backordered items using Ginny’s FREE Ontario Wide Canada Post Shipping option can expect their order delivered within  2 – 4 weeks.

Free Shipping within Ontario

All orders from Ginny’s receive FREE shipping using Canada Post’s Regular Parcel service.

Please allow up to 10 business days for processing and delivery of your order.

Flat Rate Shipping Outside of Ontario

Ginny’s provides $15.00 flat rate shipping using Canada Post’s Regular Parcel service, on all orders outside of Ontario. Currently shipping to Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Quebec, and Saskatchewan.

We do not provide international shipping at this time. Please allow up to 14 business days for processing and delivery of your order.

Our Payment Policy

We accept payment by Visa, Visa Debit Cards and MasterCard. All prices on our website are shown in Canadian Currency, and subject to Ontario sales tax.

Ginny’s Shipping Policy

We process orders during the business hours of 10am – 4 pm EST, Monday thru Friday. Your package will be prepared for shipping within two business days. Business days do not include Saturday, Sunday and statutory holidays.

Once your package has shipped, we will notify you with a tracking number by email. You can also track your order from our website at any time.

Canada Post Shipping

Ginny’s ships via Canada Post and we have 3 options for you to select which is best suited for your personal needs. Canada Post Regular Parcel Service is free within Ontario.

A $15.00 flat rate is charged for shipping to Provinces outside of Ontario,
by Canada Post’s Regular Parcel Service.

Canada Post Regular Parcel – 10 up to 14 business days

Canada Post Express – up to 5 business days

Canada Post Priority – up to 2 business days.
