Ginny’s Free In-Store Pickup

Ginny’s offers free scheduled in-store order pickups for local customers on all products. Order pickup is a free shipping option provided during the checkout process.

Orders for items currently in stock are prepared for pick up within 24 to 48 hours. We will notify you by email once your order is ready to be picked up.

Backordered items are generally ready for in-store pick up within 2 – 3 business days.

Ginny’s is an official Joseph Ribkoff and Dolzecca designer label retailer. As such Ginny’s Online Boutique is able to provide personalized customer service online.

Ginny’s Boutique provides accessibility to Joseph Ribkoff and Dolzecca’s full range of size and colour variations.  These latest in-season designer label fashions are available exclusively to officially recognized retailers.
Ginny’s brings unique retailer level access to the variety of these fashion lines to our customers.

Backordered items are processed and available for in-store pickup within 2-3 business days. Backordered items using Ginny’s FREE Ontario Wide Canada Post Shipping option can expect their order delivered within 3 to 5 business days.

Free Shipping within Ontario

Ginny’s currently only ships orders within Ontario, Canada.
All orders from Ginny’s receive FREE shipping using Canada Post’s Regular Parcel service. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing and delivery of your order.

Our Payment Policy

We accept payment by Visa, Visa Debit Cards and MasterCard. All prices on our website are in Canadian Currency.

Ginny’s Shipping Policy

We process orders during the business hours of 10am – 4 pm EST, Monday thru Friday. Your package will be shipped within 48 hours or less. Business days do not include Saturday, Sunday and statutory holidays.

Once your package has shipped, we will notify you with a tracking number by email.

If we are experiencing delays, you will be notified by email. If you have not received your package within the allotted time, please contact us at sales@ginnys.ca

Canada Post Shipping

Ginny’s ships via Canada Post and we have 3 options for you to select which is best suited for your personal needs. All shipping rates are determined by shipping method, weight and destination.

Canada Post Regular Parcel – up to 5 business days

Canada Post Express – up to 2 business days

Canada Post Priority – up to 1 business days.
